Robataya Grand Opening @ 1 Utama

Robataya 炉端や, a Japanese izakaya specialising in robatayaki, is excited to announce the opening of a new branch in 1 Utama Shopping Centre. The brand Robataya continues to expand after successful opening of its first outlet at Publika. Robatayaki is a traditional cooking method where premium pieces of meat or vegetables are slow cooked on smoking charcoal. Robataya also serves other Japanese delights e.g. sushi, Ramen, sashimi, tempura, teppanyaki, nabeyaki, and other rice dishes.

An izakaya 居酒屋 is a type of informal gastropub. Izakaya's are casual places for after work drinking in Japan. Being an izakaya, Robataya serves a wide variety of sake, sochu, beer, whisky, and wine. Many food items in Robataya’s menu are designed to be shared. The taste is designed to be more robust in order to pair with the alcoholic drinks.

Good news! Robataya has decided to extend its opening hours on every Friday, Saturday, and Public Holiday eve until 12 midnight to cater for the needs of their customers. Robataya will be conveniently located at lot G202&203, right in front of the open space car park at old wing. The management of 1 Utama has also extended the opening hours of the open space car park and the entrance to Robataya. Customers can enjoy their food and drinks without worrying on the closure of shopping mall at 10pm.
